Restraining Order Denied! Jonathan substituted into a hearing, mid-hearing while in court on January 30, 2014. Jonathan was in court on another case, when he saw a defendant who was in dire need of assistance to avoid a loss of constitutionally protected rights. Understanding the defendant would be unable to pay him, Jonathan volunteered Pro Bono (Free) to enter into the then occurring hearing without having an opportunity to research or interview potential witnesses outside of court. Jonathan won the hearing even under such adverse circumstances. Justice was served.
