Fresno Defense Attorney will present at the California DUI Lawyers Association Seminar in Sacramento
Jonathan Rooker has quickly made a name for himself in the DUI Defense world. Having presented earlier in the year in Scottsdale Arizona regarding absorption of alcohol in the nation wide organization DUI Defense Lawyers Association, a group of over 600 of the top DUI Defense lawyers in the nation. Jonathan has now been asked to be one of the presenters at the California DUI Lawyers Association, the oldest continuously operating state DUI Defense organization in the United States.
Jonathan has gained recognition and prestige within the nation wide fraternity of DUI Defense Attorneys by gaining a very specific and extensive education. Having completed his Forensic Toxicology Masters Degree, and nearing completion of a Forensic Science from UF School of Pharmacology, while becoming the 6th ACS-CHAL Lawyer Scientist in the State of California. Jonathan education allows him to not only defend clients accused of DUI Charges, but also works as an expert witness. He as been qualified as an expert at the DMV Drivers Safety office, Tulare County Superior Court, and testifying as an expert witness on a DUI Blood test during a trial in Madera County Superior Court.
