Helping you move forward after a DUI
If you have had a DUI, and the court of the DMV orders you to install an Ignition Interlock device you will need to find a qualified provider that the court or DMV accepts. The ingition interlock device will be attached to your vehicle's ignition. You will be required to provide a breath sample for chemical analysis, and if the results fail, due to the presence of alcohol, your vehicle will not start. You may be asked to provide samples while your are driving as well. Some courts require the provider to report directly to the court if their is a failed sample.
