Fowler Man Arrested

MAN ARRESTED FOR STEALING A TAXI CAB

Fowler crime has taken a turn.  A Fowler man was arrested for stealing a taxi cab.  Police report that he was combative during the arrest.  The 55 year old Fowler man allegedly stole the taxi by the train station in Fresno before driving south.  Allegations include the use of a firearm while at a field in Selma, ca.  Field workers report that the man was in the stolen taxi cab when he threatened them.  

Rudy Solano 55 of Fowler was booked into Fresno County Jail after being apprehended.  Due to his combativeness with the officers, he was also booked for Battery on an Officer.
