Kidnapping, Sex and Torture allegations in Bakersfield.

Four Bakersfield men were arrested in connection with kidnapping, sex, and torture allegations that allegedly took place over a period of days with two victims.  The allegations came to light when a man reported to police that he and the woman had been held at the Marijuana dispensary for two days, where the sexual assault and torture had taken place.
