Ex-Deputy Chief Foster Indicted

Breaking News: Ex-Deputy Chief Keith Foster Indicted!

Ex-Fresno Deputy Police Chief Keith Foster was indicted by a Federal Grand Jury on a multitude of charges.  Multiple conspiracy allegations, that included conspiracy to distribute controlled substances.  Six other people were also indicted along with Foster, including at least one of his relatives.  Foster is alleged to have been a part of multiple conspiracies. Some defendants were alleged to conspire to distribute Heroin, methamphetamine, oxycodone, and cocaine.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF), and now the US Attorney's office are involved in the investigation and prosecution.  It appears the investigation took place over the last year. Randy Flowers (48) is also indicted on a firearm related offense, being a felon in possession of a firearm as part of these allegations.
