Penal Code Section 594  Vandalism is a serious criminal allegation.  The client was charged with breaking a window out of a vehicle following a quarrel with the clients significant other.  One of the problems for the client was the serious Drivers License implications that came with a conviction, he was going to lose his drivers license for a year following a conviction for Vandalism.  A seldom known, and seemingly unrelated punishment for a vandalism conviction.  Following months of negotiation, and paying for he window, the client was able to have his charges dismissed.
