Reedley Ca, A teen age minor was arrested in possession of methamphetamine, heroin, and firearms.
The name of the juvenile arrested can not be released, but the allegations are none the less shocking. A juvenile was arrested after a probation search turned up a large quantity of drugs and firearms.
The Reedley Exponent newspaper article stated that 726 grams of methamphetamine were discovered in the home. This would appear to be a quantity of drugs that would lead to possession for the purpose of sales charges. Further, after having dipped in use over the recent decades, heroin seems to be making a comeback. This is further evidenced by the 12 grams found in the home of this youth. 12 grams, while much less than the 726 grams of methamphetamine, is still a significant amount, commonly seen when selling the narcotic.
The juvenile was arrested, also on minor in possession of a concealed weapon. possession of a dangerous weapon, criminal street gang ties, and possession of narcotics for the purpose of sales.
It can be quite disturbing to a small rural Fresno County community, such as Reedley to have the combination of drugs, guns, and gangs in possession of a repeat offender.
