Kingsburg Man Charged with Beating a Puppy

As a criminal defense attorney I have defended many allegations.  The allegations against this man are truly upsetting.  The article claims that the man beat a puppy, throwing it against a washing machine several times, causing serious injury to the poor animal.

It alleges the man, Fidel Manzano Jr. of Kingsburg returned home after drinking alcohol and was drunk.  The poor animal suffered a broken jaw, damage to hind legs, several contusions, and a swollen brain.

Several articles allege Manzano is an MMA fighter, but it appears that he is not, but merely trained some in some form of martial arts.
