A mirror that doubles as a Public Service Announcement telling of the impact one fatal DUI Accident had on the lives of the offender, victim, and his survivors is being used.  While it seems a bit intrusive to put such a startling message on what would appear to be an ordinary mirror in the restroom, it is also a worthwile attempt to combat drunk driving, impaired driving, and the damage that it can cause
