In 2015 Jonathan testified at the Fresno DMV Drivers Safety office regarding Forensic Toxicology in a DUI hearing.  The testimony was instrumental in gaining a "set aside" of the action against the clients drivers license.  The hearing officer listened to his testimony and cross examined him on the science of absorption of alcohol and the effects on the breath testing device during the absorption period, and agreed the client was under 0.08% BAC at the time he was driving the car.
