Throwing objects at passing vehicles can be a malicious act, causing great harm bodily injury, even death. However, younger individuals who don't have a solid grasp on the repercussions of their actions may not realize the extent of the harm that can be caused or likelihood of that harm occurring. Sometimes goods kids make poor decisions. This is a crime that isn't always as malicious as one would first believe, a test of skill, ability, or even a dare can lead to the commission of this crime. I've never defended a criminal or a crime, I defend human beings.
