Old west cowboys used to shoot at passign train cars and cargo trucks. A moving object can easily turn into a challenging target or test of skill or ability. Today, the shooting at such mobile devices is somthing that is unacceptable. However, sometimes younger individuals see throwing rocks, lemons, eggs or other objects at a moving train or boat to be a test, a change to demonstrate their ability or ableness. It doesn't always have the bad intentions that are often associated with a criminal offense. However, it can lead to criminal charges.
