The trial advocacy portion is based on Gerry Spence Trial Lawyers College techniques. Gerry Spence is widely considered the best trial attorney ever walk the face of the earth.
This course doesn't just teach DUI Defense from a book, but instead takes us into an operating lab and allows us to participate in in the testing process.
The course is highly specialized for DUI Defense Attorneys and Forensic Evidence with a very small student to instructor ration. In fact, it is so specialized that it only allows for 21 Attorneys to attend the course per session, which occur once a year.
Many lawyers perform the minimum amount of education each year as a formality to keeping in good standing with the state bar, but few lawyers have put in the effort and acquired the education that Jonathan has acquired since becoming an attorney. Multiple Masters Degree, Several in Lab training courses, many MCLE credits, and continuing to lead the way in education and expertise to help be the best advocate that he can be.
