Fresno Police Department's #2 Officer arrested on Drug related charges

The second in command for the Fresno Police Department Officer Foster was arrested on Drug related charges.  What can we expect to happen in the future.  Some may wonder if more offices will be brought down as corrupt, while other contemplate if an a man who dedicated his life to fighting crime may be able to prove his innocence.  Either way, it is a tragic blow to the perception of law enforcement in Fresno.  It is also a serious allegation that will undoubtedly cause a man with presuable no criminal record through a long, law abiding life to be forced to fight for his life as he knows it.  For more on the criminal allegations click the link below.
