DUI DEFENSE BLOG
The DUI field is an ever changing and uniquely complicated field of criminal defense. As an attorney, keeping up with the DMV, Case law, and regulations that pertain to DUI's is very important. It is also important to note that every case has its' own unique set of facts, human needs, and variables that play into it. Many times innocence or guilt is complicated. Sometimes work needs, licensing, and timing of events play a crucial role in helping a client through their difficulties.
Some clients have prior convictions, while other have never been through the process before. More so than other offense, DUI defense clients tend to be employed, clean criminal record, and lack any experience in the criminal justice system.
